About

A founder-led studio that runs its own businesses

Small, senior and accountable. The person who scopes your work is the person who delivers it.

Why Holonera exists

Holonera starts and runs its own small businesses — a transfer service, a window-repair service, a vehicle-maintenance platform — and builds software for other companies with the same toolkit and standards.

We know what software has to earn, because we pay for our own.

That is what client work gets: the same accountability we hold ourselves to, one founder who scopes the work and answers for it, and no interest in shipping something that looks finished but does not hold up in production.

The team

Who you work with

One founder. The person who scopes your engagement is the person accountable for delivering it.

Yurii Korotun

Founder

Yurii builds and runs Holonera's own businesses — the AutoCare360 vehicle platform, Velora Shuttle and ViknaProfi — and leads every client project personally, from the first call to release.

On an engagement:Scopes the work, owns architecture and delivery decisions, and is your single point of contact.

How we work

Solve the costly problem first

The most interesting problem and the most expensive problem are rarely the same one. We go after the expensive one.

Make trade-offs explicit

Every scope decision has a cost somewhere. We write it down rather than discover it in month three.

Ship useful increments

Software that is 60% built and in production teaches you more than software that is 95% built and unreleased.

Keep ownership close to the work

Code, infrastructure, documentation and decisions belong to you throughout, not at the end.

How the studio actually operates

Holonera has no large permanent team. The founder leads every engagement and brings in independent developers he already works with when a project needs more hands. There is no sales team and no account manager in between.

There is no account manager between you and the founder.
