What this site collects
This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or visitor fingerprinting, and it does not stitch identities with any other website operated by the same people.
Information you send us
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, work email, company, optional website and role you enter, your description of the situation and desired outcome, your selected timeframe and budget band, and the page you submitted from. We ask you not to include confidential information, and the form does not accept file uploads.
Technical information
Our hosting provider processes standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent and timestamp in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Application logs for the contact endpoint record only a request identifier, timestamp, outcome code and coarse operational metadata — never the contents of your message.
Why we may process it, and on what basis
We process the details you submit through the contact form to take the steps you request before any contract exists, and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Technical request data is processed under our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Analytics, where enabled, runs only after you consent to it.

International transfers
Some of the processors above may handle data outside the European Economic Area as part of their own infrastructure. Where that happens, it takes place under their own standard contractual safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, rather than an arrangement negotiated separately for this site.
How long we keep it
We keep the contents of an enquiry for as long as needed to respond to it and handle any resulting work, then delete it. Technical request logs are kept for a limited operational period and rotated automatically rather than kept indefinitely.
Your rights
You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
