Software services organised around business outcomes

Six ways we engage. Each one names who it suits, what you get, what it excludes, how long it takes and what it costs.

Typical duration
5–20 working days

What this looks likeIllustrative
A website turning a visit into a counted enquiryA simple website with a header, a hero section and three service blocks feeds an enquiry form. An arrow carries the enquiry into an inbox on the right, and a measurement strip beneath the site shows that activity is being recorded rather than lost.Enquiry formInboxMeasured from launch
A published site with an enquiry form and an arrow into an inbox, and a measurement strip beneath it — the mechanism that turns a visit into a counted enquiry.

Warning signs

  • The site was built years ago and you would rather not send the link.
  • Customers come only by referral and Google sends none.
  • A DIY builder was started and abandoned.
  • An agency quoted months and would not name a price.
  • Nobody can say how many enquiries the site produced last month.

What you get

  • A custom-designed, mobile-first site — no shared templates
  • A published fixed price and a working-day delivery date
  • Consent-gated GA4, Search Console and conversion events
  • LocalBusiness and FAQ structured data
  • A lead form with routing, and a Google Business Profile set up
  • Domain, hosting and SSL for the first year, with a documented handover

What this does not include

  • Online shops with a large catalogue — we will point you to a shop platform.
  • Content portals or ongoing content production.
  • A guarantee of search rankings — no one can honestly make that promise.

Offer 02

AI automation for operational workflows

Rules-based and document-heavy work runs without a person in the middle, and the exceptions that remain arrive in one reviewable queue.

Best suited for
Operations leaders whose teams spend hours every week moving the same information between systems, inboxes and spreadsheets.
Typical duration
3–6 weeks for a first production-connected workflow
Indicative price
€8,000–€20,000
Tell us what to automate
What this looks likeIllustrative
Document intake, extraction and an exception queueInbound documents on the left feed an extraction panel in the middle, which fills structured fields. On the right, a review queue shows most items cleared automatically and one flagged for a person to check.InboundExtractionReview queue1 needs a person
Documents arrive, structured fields are extracted, and only the exceptions reach a person. The review queue is the part that keeps a human accountable for the edge cases.

Warning signs

  • Someone re-types data from email or PDFs into a system every day.
  • Quotes, orders or invoices are assembled by hand from three different tools.
  • Month-end reconciliation depends on one person and one spreadsheet.
  • Answering a routine customer question means searching four systems.

What you get

  • A process map of the current workflow with volumes, handoffs and failure points.
  • Document intake that extracts structured fields from PDFs, scans and email attachments.
  • Integrations between the systems already in use — CRM, accounting, booking, ERP.
  • An exception queue with human review, audit trail and re-run capability.
  • Monitoring, alerting and a runbook for the people who own the process.

What this does not include

  • Training or hosting foundation models.
  • Company-wide data-platform or warehouse programmes.
  • Replacing an ERP or accounting system.

Proof

Automation proof for this offer is still being prepared for publication. Ask and we will walk through the relevant work in a call rather than publish an unverified claim.

Offer 03

Internal tools and integrations

The people running the business work in one place that matches how the business actually operates, instead of reconciling four tools by memory.

Best suited for
Owners and COOs whose operation has outgrown spreadsheets but does not fit an off-the-shelf product.
Typical duration
4–10 weeks for a first usable release
Indicative price
€8,000–€20,000
Describe your workflow
What this looks likeIllustrative
An internal operations viewAn application layout with a navigation sidebar, a filter bar, and a board of jobs organised into scheduled, in-progress and done columns.
One operational view built around the real workflow, so the current state of a job is visible without asking three people.

Warning signs

  • The real operating system of the company is a shared spreadsheet.
  • Two departments keep separate versions of the same list.
  • Off-the-shelf software was bought, configured and then partly abandoned.
  • Nobody can answer "what is the current state of this job" without asking three people.

What you get

  • An admin panel or operational dashboard built around the real workflow.
  • Scheduling, dispatch or job-tracking screens with role-based access.
  • A unified view assembled from the systems already in place.
  • A customer or partner portal where the workflow requires one.
  • Data migration from the spreadsheets currently holding the process together.

What this does not include

  • Building a general-purpose product to sell to third parties — that is an MVP Build.
  • Replacing accounting or payroll systems of record.
  • Ongoing manual data entry as a service.

Offer 04

MVP and digital product development

The smallest credible production release is live with real users, and the next decision is based on usage rather than opinion.

Best suited for
Founders and product leaders with a validated commercial opportunity and no production software behind it yet.
Typical duration
6–12 weeks to a production-ready first release
Indicative price
€20,000–€60,000
Scope a first release
What this looks likeIllustrative
From sketch to a released first versionThree stages side by side: a low-fidelity sketch, an interactive prototype, and a released application, sitting above a timeline that ends at a decision about what to build next.SketchPrototypeReleasedDiscoverySuccess criteriaUsage decides next
Fidelity increases only as risk is removed: sketch, then an interactive prototype, then a release small enough that real usage decides what comes next.

Warning signs

  • The idea has been discussed for months and specified for none.
  • A design agency produced screens that no one has costed to build.
  • The scope grows every time it is discussed.
  • The first release date keeps moving because "one more thing" is required.

What you get

  • Discovery: the problem, the buyer, the commercial case and the riskiest assumption.
  • A prioritised scope with an explicit not-now list.
  • An interactive UX prototype before production code is written.
  • A web or mobile application, backend and the integrations it depends on.
  • Analytics, launch support and a written next-increment plan.

What this does not include

  • Fundraising material, pitch decks or financial modelling.
  • Paid acquisition and go-to-market execution.
  • Building every feature in the original wish list before launch.

Offer 05

Product rescue and modernisation

Control is restored: what exists is understood, what matters is prioritised, and releases become predictable again.

Best suited for
Leaders who already have software and are losing money to delays, instability or a codebase nobody wants to touch.
Typical duration
1–2 weeks for the audit, then a scoped recovery plan
Indicative price
€2,500–€5,000 audit, recovery quoted from findings
Get an honest audit
What this looks likeIllustrative
A tangled system resolved into ordered layersOn the left, components connected to each other in every direction. On the right, the same components arranged into three clean layers with a single path between them. What existsAuditWhat ships next
An audit turns an everything-depends-on-everything system into ordered layers with one clear path through them. No numbers here — improvement gets measured on your system, not promised on ours.

Warning signs

  • Deadlines have moved more than twice and no one can explain why.
  • Every release breaks something that used to work.
  • The original development team is unavailable, unresponsive or gone.
  • Cost is rising while visible progress is falling.

What you get

  • A product and technical audit with a ranked list of what is actually wrong.
  • A reduced roadmap that gets the product to a defensible state.
  • An architecture and reliability review with concrete remediation steps.
  • A documented handover and takeover of the codebase, infrastructure and accounts.
  • Selective AI or automation additions only where they remove real cost.

What this does not include

  • Rewriting a working system because it is unfashionable.
  • Acting as an expert witness in a dispute with a previous supplier.
  • Guaranteeing recovery of a product that cannot be recovered — we will say so.

Offer 06

Ongoing development team

A development team you can rely on month to month, without hiring one.

Best suited for
Companies and founders with a steady backlog and no — or not enough — in-house developers.
Typical duration
Monthly
Indicative price
€3,000–€12,000/month
Ask about ongoing capacity
What this looks likeIllustrative
A team with one accountable owner and a weekly cadenceAn owner node connects to a small roster of developers on the left. On the right, a weekly timeline of six ticks has one marked as a standing demo. Below, a shared backlog list has an arrow showing it can be reprioritised at any time.
One accountable owner connects a small roster to a weekly cadence with a standing demo, working a single shared backlog that can be reprioritised at any time.

Warning signs

  • The backlog grows faster than it ships.
  • A freelancer disappeared, and the handover was worse than starting over.
  • Hiring a team would take months you do not have.
  • The in-house team is stretched across too many projects to keep up.

What you get

  • A founder who owns delivery and is your single point of contact.
  • Developers matched to your stack, not generalists rotated in.
  • A weekly demo of working software.
  • One shared backlog you can reprioritise at any time.
  • Your repository, your accounts, and documentation written as we go.
  • Capacity reviewed every month — scale up, down, or stop.

What this does not include

  • Anonymous CVs rotated through your project.
  • Work with no one accountable for the result.
  • 24/7 on-call support unless specifically agreed.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Can you work with the systems we already have?

That is the normal case. Most engagements integrate with an existing CRM, accounting system, booking tool or ERP rather than replacing it. Where an API does not exist, we will tell you what the realistic alternatives cost before you commit.

Do you take over software someone else built?

Yes. It starts with an audit so that both sides understand what is actually there. We will not quote a recovery before we have read the code and the deployment setup.

How do you charge?

Discovery and audits are fixed-price. Delivery is scoped into increments with an agreed price per increment. Ongoing partnership is a monthly retainer. Published ranges are indicative and confirmed after discovery.

Who owns the code?

You do. Repositories, infrastructure accounts and documentation are handed over as part of delivery, not held as leverage.

What do you not do?

We do not run paid acquisition, or take on work where we cannot see a path to a business outcome. If a cheaper off-the-shelf product solves your problem, we will name it. Developers we add to an ongoing team are matched to your stack and accountable to the founder, not anonymous contractors rotated through with no one responsible.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe what is happening today and what you want to change. We will tell you which engagement fits — or that none of them do.
