Client project
Construction company — Prague region
Yurii Korotun (founder) designed and built a website for a construction and renovation company operating in Prague and Central Bohemia, which builds and renovates family houses and multi-storey apartment buildings. The company had no brand and no site beforehand; he delivered a visual identity, a full Czech-language site and a live domain in about three working days from art direction to launch.

Context and business problem
The company builds and renovates family houses and apartment buildings across Prague and Central Bohemia but had no brand and no website to show a prospective customer.
Constraints
- No existing brand, visual identity or site to build from — the work started from art direction rather than an existing style to extend.
- The client could not yet evidence specific completed projects publicly, so the site could not make "completed projects" claims.
- Delivery ran to about three working days from art direction to a live domain.
Product and technical decisions
- Do not make "completed projects" claims on the site until the client can evidence them; show a catalogue of typical houses instead.
- Build a catalogue of typical houses with renders and floor plans, rather than photographs of specific past jobs.
- Add a separate B2B page for commercial builds, alongside the consumer-facing house catalogue.
- Put consent-gated measurement — GA4, Clarity and Sentry, plus Search Console — in place from launch, rather than adding it later.
