AutoCare360
AutoCare360 is a vehicle maintenance platform built and operated by the founder. It combines an admin panel with a scheduler tier that runs maintenance recomputation, health monitoring, trip scoring and weekly Prague parking-zone refreshes, and it can spin out branded "garage node" sites so an individual garage can run its own presence on the platform — the multilingual garage below is one of these nodes.
Holonera's own venture, built and run by the founder.
Context and business problem
Vehicle maintenance recommendations, scheduling and a garage’s own online presence did not previously run on one shared system. AutoCare360 was built to bring maintenance recomputation, health monitoring, trip scoring and a bookable, branded node site for each participating garage into a single platform, operated as a solo-founder product that has to stay cheap to run.
Constraints
- The platform has to run as a solo-founder operation: one scheduler Reserved VM and one web app, with no dedicated operations team.
- The scheduler runs several jobs on a fixed budget — maintenance recomputation, health monitoring, trip scoring and weekly parking-zone refreshes — that all have to fit on that one VM.
- Launched free to build a user base; paid plans introduced in September 2026.
Product and technical decisions
- Run on Replit: a web app ("AutoCare Hub") for the admin panel and a separate Reserved VM dedicated to the scheduler, keeping infrastructure to two managed pieces.
- Launch free to build a user base, then introduce paid plans in September 2026 once the free tier had established the product.
- After an incident in August 2026 where the scheduler failed without being detected, add a health-check endpoint so failures are detected and recovered automatically.
- Design "garage node" sites as a first-class product feature, so a garage can run its own branded presence as a tenant on the platform rather than as a one-off build.
What was built
- An admin panel ("AutoCare Hub") for vehicle and maintenance management.
- A scheduler tier on a Reserved VM running maintenance recomputation, health monitoring, trip scoring and weekly Prague parking-zone refreshes.
- Branded "garage node" sites that let an individual garage run its own presence on the platform.
- Stripe payment integration, moving from a free tier to paid plans introduced in September 2026.
- An iOS companion app on the App Store; an Android app for trip telemetry from phone sensors and OBD-II, in development.

Current status
Live in beta, free to use, in four languages (English, Czech, Ukrainian, Russian), with paid plans being introduced in September 2026. The iOS app is on the App Store; the Android app is in development.
What we learned
- After an incident in August 2026 where the scheduler failed without being detected, a health-check endpoint was added so failures are detected and recovered automatically. Running a solo-founder platform on one scheduler VM means reliability has to be designed in from the start.
