ViknaProfi
ViknaProfi is a window repair, adjustment and hardware service for the Kyiv region, built by the founder together with a partner developer. The site takes a repair-only positioning, with lead-generation forms and an SEO programme, running on React, Express and Postgres.

Context and business problem
Window repair and hardware servicing in the Kyiv region needed a repair-only positioning, distinct from full window replacement, together with a way to capture leads and be found in search rather than relying on word of mouth.
Constraints
- The site is deployed on Vercel from a partner developer’s repository, so releases depend on coordinating across two parties rather than one.
- Advertising runs through two separate owners: Google Ads managed by the founder, Meta ads managed by the partner developer.
Product and technical decisions
- Position the service as repair-only, rather than competing on full window replacement.
- Build on React, Express and Postgres rather than a template site, to support lead-generation forms and an SEO programme.
- Split paid channels by owner — Google Ads with the founder, Meta ads with the partner developer — rather than consolidating both under one party.
- Plan Stripe-based booking as a later addition rather than launching with it.
